Now welcoming new clients across LA County
About our practice

An outpatient psychology practice built around what actually works for OCD.

Pasadena Clinical Group is a specialized outpatient clinic in the heart of Pasadena, CA, serving women and men across Los Angeles County who are tired of living inside the loop of intrusive thoughts and compulsive routines. Our team of California-licensed psychologists, therapists, and coordinators is organized around one purpose: delivering evidence-based OCD care with warmth, dignity, and structure.

Our story

Founded in Pasadena, with the people of Los Angeles in mind.

Pasadena Clinical Group was built to fill a gap our founding clinicians kept seeing in Southern California: adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s — and the people who love them — living for years with undiagnosed or under-treated OCD. They had been told their symptoms were "anxiety," "perfectionism," or "stress." They had tried general talk therapy and felt no closer to relief.

Our practice was founded to change that experience. Every clinician on our team is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and related evidence-based protocols, and our intake process is designed to recognize OCD presentations that often go unnamed in primary care, OB-GYN, and even general mental health settings across the greater LA metro area.

  • Specialized OCD-focused intake by a senior California psychologist
  • Care plans matched to each woman's life, work, and family in LA
  • Coordinated individual therapy and small-group cohorts
  • Ongoing supervision and case review by our clinical leadership

How we practice

Five values that shape every appointment in our Pasadena office.

Our standards of care are not marketing copy; they are the lived rules our clinicians hold each other accountable to in supervision, intake, and every individual or group session we run.

Specialist-level training

Every clinician at Pasadena Clinical Group is trained in ERP, Inference-Based CBT, and contemporary OCD subtype work, with continuous case consultation and outside supervision.

Care that adapts to your life

OCD shows up differently across pregnancy, parenting, dating, professional careers in LA, and major life transitions. We tailor treatment to where you actually live, not a generic textbook profile.

HIPAA-aware, confidential

From the first phone call to long-term aftercare, your information is treated with the privacy standards expected of a California outpatient clinic.

Honest about what works

We do not promise overnight cures. We share realistic timelines, openly discuss what evidence supports a given approach, and refer out when something else would serve you better.

Accessible across LA County

We accept nine major insurance plans, offer telehealth across California, and keep care coordination available 7 days a week to meet the realities of working adults in Los Angeles.

Group as a treatment, not a side service

Group therapy at our practice is not a discount option — it is a clinically meaningful component, run by licensed clinicians and structured around OCD-specific work.
